| BACKGROUND: |
| The City of Gillette Parks and Beautification Board created criteria for a Landscape Excellence Award to be given out annually. Because of their creative design and exceptional upkeep of their landscaping, Quick Lube USA was chosen as the winner of this award for 2014. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| A prize of $1,000 was established for this award. They will also receive the Mayor's Art Council traveling statue, "What's Next, Dad". |
