| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project consisted of installing 4874 LF of new 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Mains, in the alley between Rockpile and Richards from 4th to 8th, main in Richards from 9th to 11th, main in the alley between Warren and Ross from 4th to 7th, main in the alley between 11th and 12th from Ross to Dalbey, main in Rohan from 9th to 10th, and main in the alley between Osborne and Brooks from 4th to 6th. Included also was the rehabilitation of the existing pavement and repair of failed concrete curb and gutter, driveways and valley gutters in the areas of the Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement.

There were four (4) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $88,444.65 from the original contract amount of $1,868,539.04.
