Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Pronghorn Ranch Subdivision, Phase II Project, Installed by DRM, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Pronghorn Phase II Development, LLC. |
BACKGROUND: |
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, and street improvements to support the residential development of the Pronghorn Ranch Subdivision, Phase II, near the intersection of West Lakeway Road and Oakcrest Drive. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements 225 LF of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances 1,025 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements 525 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
Street Improvements 2,135 SY of 6" asphalt paving over 8" aggregate base course 993 LF of curb and gutter
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
