| Council Consideration for the Issuance of a Bar & Grill Liquor License to Sapporo Wyoming, Inc., d.b.a. Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse, Located at 1000 E Boxelder Road. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Fu Bin Lu, owner of Sapporo Wyoming, Inc., is requesting a Bar & Grill Liquor License for his Japanese Steakhouse located at 1000 E. Boxelder Road.
This location used to be the location of Bootleggers Restaurant. Mr. Fu Bin Lu is leasing this area from LOF Gillette, LLC, d.b.a. Clarion Western Plaza. He has remodeled the restaurant, which included some expansion of the restaurant. The second floor area will not be used for general seating any longer; but according to Mr. Fu Bin Lu, will be used for birthday parties.
The application along with the supporting documents necessary to complete the application requirements set forth by the State of Wyoming, have been reviewed and approved by the Wyoming Liquor Division.
The public hearing has been advertised for two consecutive weeks and no protests have been received in this office. |
