William Kemerling is the owner of two (2), ten (10) acre parcels of property generally located east of Tanner Drive, west of Nepstad Drive, and at the western terminus of Sioux Avenue within Campbell County. This property is currently adjacent to the City's corporate limits on the west, east, and north. Mr. Kemerling has two (2) shop buildings (701 and 703 Sioux Avenue) that are currently served by an individual on-site septic system. The septic system is failing and requires weekly maintenance, as such, Mr. Kemerling desires to connect the two (2) buildings to the adjacent City sanitary sewer system.
As described in Mr. Kemerling's request letter, he is in the process of cleaning up his property and ultimately desires to re-develop the property and annex into the City such that he can receive all City utility services.
