| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Bobcat of Gillette Project, Installed by West Construction, LLC, on Behalf of the Developers, Len L. and Roxie L. Camp. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water, sanitary sewer, and roadway improvements to support the construction of the new Bobcat store near the intersection of Crow Avenue and South Douglas Highway. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
160 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
161 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
Street Improvements
724 SY of 6" asphalt paving
34 LF of curb and gutter
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
