CASE SUMMARY: |
The applicants are seeking Final Plat approval to re-configure two (2) platted lots and provide right-of-way for City street purposes. |
CASE BACKGROUND: |
The property is south of the realigned Boxelder Road and west of the new Harder Drive alignment, formerly Boxelder Road as originally platted. The property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District. The right-of-way is required to accommodate a right angle intersection of the streets. The City owns the proposed Lot 4A and the right-of-way area.
The proposed lots have existing single family houses and the reconfiguration of the lots meets the lot area and setback requirements in the R-1, Single Family Residential District. All road improvements are in place and a wall has been built separating the lots from the right-of-way. |
CASE REQUIREMENTS: |
1. The plat must be modified to include all comments in to the ePlan system. |
