| BACKGROUND: |

This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the new Tractor Supply Company store near the intersection of South Douglas Highway and Arapahoe Avenue. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
577 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
