LOF Gillette, LLC, d.b.a. Ramada Plaza (formerly Clarion Western Plaza), plans on transferring their retail liquor license to another entity and then applying for a Resort Liquor License.

Since this will be the first resort liquor license to be issued, Council will need to determine a fee for this type of license. W.S. 12-4-405 states: "The annual fee for a resort liquor license shall be not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than three thousand dollars ($3,000.00)."

I Move for the Approval to Set a Dollar Amount of $1,500.00 for Resort Liquor Licenses as Required by Wyoming Statute 12-4-405.
