| BACKGROUND: |

In order to erect the new radio tower on Dump Hill, the DEQ permit with Campbell County must be amended. In order to amend the DEQ permit, Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. will be hired to take care of this process. Project #14SC25.

This contract will be funded from the Electrical Engineering account number 501-70-71-440-70-47510.
