BACKGROUND: |
The City of Gillette allows all Governmental Projects, Projects receiving federal, state, or local government direct funding or tax credits, or Projects by Non-profit organizations with 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 status to request the City to contribute Plant Investment Fees (PIFs) and Permit/Plan Review Fees on their behalf.
The Energy Capital Habitat for Humanity is requesting the City of Gillette to contribute the Water Plant Investment Fee, Sanitary Sewer Plant Investment Fee, Electrical Capital Contribution Fee, and Plan Review/Permit Fees for their current project located at 216 Oregon Avenue on their behalf. The Fee breakdown is as follows:
Water PIF (1" Service): $1,287.50 Sewer PIF (Based on 1" Water Meter): $2,000 Electrical Capital Contribution Fee (200 Amp Service): $350 Plan Review/Permit Fees: $260
Grand Total: $3,897.50
The Energy Capital Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The City last contributed fees for the Energy Capital Habitat for Humanity in 2009.

I move for Approval of the City of Gillette to Contribute the Water Plant Investment Fee, Sanitary Sewer Plant Investment Fee, Electrical Capital Contribution Fee, and Plan Review/Permit Fees for the Energy Capital Habitat for Humanity Project Located at 216 Oregon Avenue in the Amount of $3,897.50.
