Sapporo Wyoming, Inc., is in the process of purchasing the retail liquor license currently held by LOF Gillette, LLC. LOF Gillette, LLC, has applied for a resort liquor license. If the Council chooses not to transfer the retail liquor license to Sapporo Wyoming, Inc., then LOF Gillette, LLC, will need to withdraw their request for a resort liquor license and renew their retail liquor license.

Sapporo Wyoming, Inc., is remodeling the old location of Bootleggers to house a Japanese Steakhouse and they were requested to obtain a new address for their restaurant's  location. GIS created a new address (1000 E. Boxelder Road) and notified the Post Office of this new address.

The public hearing has been advertised two consecutive weeks, December 19th and December 26th. No protests have been received. All corrections, if applicable, have been made and the Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application.
