Gillette Golf & Country Club, Inc. is requesting the approval of a club liquor license. Currently, they hold a retail liquor license which they are in the process of selling to another entity, Creative Beverages, LLC. If the transfer of the retail liquor license is not approved, then Gillette Golf & Country Club, Inc., will need to renew their retail license and withdraw their request for a club license. Wyoming Statute does not allow  an applicant to hold more than one liquor license. W.S. 12-4-103(b). 

The public hearing has been advertised for two consecutive weeks. The Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application and all corrections, if applicable have been completed.

No protests have been received with regard to this liquor license request.
