| BACKGROUND: |

Power Engineers, Inc. has provided detailed electrical engineering services for the Electrical Services Division's last nine substation projects; Hidden Valley, Energy Park, Axel's Avenue, Swanson Road, Westover Road, Warlow, Meadow Hills, Madison and Donkey Creek. They will provide detailed electrical engineering, transformer protection relays, testing and commissioning for the Swanson Road substation expansion. A detailed scope of work is attached.

The project will be funded under the Power Fund Account 504-70-74-442-70-47432.
