| Appointment of Councilman Dan Barks to the Campbell County Recreation Project Joint Powers Board. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Campbell County Recreation Project Joint Powers Board was established under a Joint Powers Agreement dated November 6, 2007, entered into by and between Campbell County, the City of Gillette, and Campbell County School District No. 1.
The purpose of the Board is to provide an efficient, orderly, and economically feasible method of financing a recreation center and a sports facility for tennis, track and soccer, which would be of service to and forthe benefit of the participating agencies and their residents.
This Board meets quarterly on the first Tuesday of March, June, September and December. |
