Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Lakeland Hills Subdivision, Phase III, Installed by Hot Iron, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Capital Land Development, LLC.
BACKGROUND:
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements to support the residential and commercial development of the Lakeland Hills Subdivision, Phase III, located NE of the intersection of E Warlow Drive and N Gurley Avenue.  The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements
5,312 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
3,804 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances

Storm Sewer Improvements
153 LF of 18" HDPE storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
110 LF of 18" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
1,724 LF of 30" HDPE storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
313 LF of 36" HDPE storm sewer pipe and appurtenances

Street Improvements
16,159 SY of 6" asphalt paving over 8" aggregate base course
5,991 SY of 5" asphalt paving over 6" aggregate base course
10,062 LF of curb and gutter
2,760 SF of sidewalk
