Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Donkey Creek Pump Station Roof Replacement Project Installed by Michael's Construction, Inc., in the Amount of $144,389.60. |
BACKGROUND: |
The Donkey Creek Pump Station Roof Replacement Project consisted of replacing the standing seam metal roof panels, removing existing windows, infilling the openings, covering the entire face with new metal wall panels, removing and replacing roof hatches, capping existing exterior walls with pre-finished metal parapet cap and installing a new gutter and downspout system on the north wall.

ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The original contract price for this project was in the amount of $140,522.00.
There was a total of one (1) Change Order on the project for a net increase of $3,867.60, resulting in a final contract price of $144,389.60.
Change Order #1 included the following item: Adjust hatch size to actual size.
