| Council Consideration for the Renewal of Retail, Restaurant, Bar & Grill, Limited Club, Microbrewery, Winery, Special Malt Beverage, and Resort Liquor Licenses and Permits for the Licensing Period 2015/2016. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
Each year, by formal action, the Council considers the approval of the current liquor licenses and permits. This consideration is for the licensing period of April 1, 2015 - March 31, 2016.
All applications and documents needed to complete the renewal requirements have been received. The applications and documents have been sent to the Wyoming Liquor Division and have been reviewed/approved by the WLD. All corrections, if applicable, have been completed.
The public hearing has been advertised two consecutive weeks and no protests have been received.
