This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the Water Tank Rehabilitation (Z1-R4 Southern Drive Tank)-Painting Project.  This project consists of blasting and repainting the interior and exterior of the Z1-R4 Southern Drive Tank.

The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $42,017.00 which is 11.1% of the construction cost of $379,775.00 or $420.17/day based on a 100 calendar day construction contract.  The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-10-05-419-70-47413 which has $800,000.00 budgeted for this project.

I move for the Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the Water Tank Rehabilitation (Z1-R4 Southern Drive Tank)-Painting Project with Morrison-Maierle in the Amount of $42,017.00 (1% Project).
