Council Consideration of the Westwood High School Property Exchange Memorandum of Understanding with the Campbell County School District and Campbell County.
BACKGROUND:
This agreement concerns the site for the old Westwood school. The Campbell County School District has decided that they will no longer need this school building since they have constructed a new facility adjacent to the Education Technology Center at the Gillette College. They have agreed to deed the property to Campbell County and the County has agreed to work with the City to use an undefined amount of the northern part of this property for the future expansion of the intersection of 6th and 4J.
