This project includes work in the RC Ranch Subdivision on Rocking T Drive, J Cross Avenue, Spur Court, and Lexington Avenue. The street rehabilitation includes the removal and replacement of 1,700 SY AC pavement, 4,600 SF sidewalk and driveway, 1,020 LF curb and gutter. Prepare 1,800 CY of excavation below subgrade. Install 3,750 LF 4" sub-drain, 1,600 LF 18" CPE and 410 LF 15" CPE storm drain pipe, 5 manholes and 19 storm drain inlets.
Construction Management services for the 100 working day project will include a pre-construction meeting with the City of Gillette and Powder River Construction, Inc., review of drawings, schedules, submittals, a Resident Project Representative (RPR) for inspection services, materials testing, survey, construction staking, progress meetings during construction, construction reports, monthly and final contractor pay requests, full time project inspection, project engineer's services and Drawings of Construction Record.
The cost breakdown for the Construction Management fee is as follows:

Other Reimbursable Expenses $ 3,750.00
The proposed fee equates to $958.29 per day of construction or 13.2% of the construction bid amount ($728,730).
