| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the 2014 Water Main Replacement Project with DOWL in the Amount of $302,280.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the 2014 Water Main Replacement Project. This project consists of installing approximately 4,700 LF of water main and 1,700 LF of sanitary sewer main within Circle Drive from Veterans Drive to Prairieview Drive, Church Avenue from 7th Street to 9th Street, Stanley Avenue from 7th Street to 9th Street, and 9th Street from Butler Spaeth Road to Stanley Avenue.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $302,280.00 which is 11% of the construction cost of $2,689,519.80. The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-10-05-419-70-47410 which has $3,700,000.00 budgeted for this project.
