| BACKGROUND: |
| Attached is a copy of the permanent water line, general utility, and temporary construction easement documents with Kanti R. and Sulabha K. Patel. This permanent water line, general utility, and temporary construction easement is necessary for an extension to the Spring Hill Water District as part of the Gillette Regional Water Supply Project - Phase I District Extensions Project. Easements in excess of $5,000.00 are being considered individually by the Council on the Consent Agenda. Easements less than $5,000.00 are considered by the Council on the Claims List. Staff recommends approval of this easement payment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| Payment for this easement is eligible for reimbursement from the Wyoming Water Development Commission through our 67% grant we have with them for the Gillette Regional Water Supply - Phase I District Extensions Project. The other 33% will come from the District Extension portion of the Capital Facilities Tax revenue.
