| BACKGROUND: |
| Attached is a copy of the permanent water line, buffer area, temporary staging area, and temporary construction easement with Empire Ranch, c/o First American Title Company of Crook County . This easement is necessary for our pipeline construction along the "D" Road in Crook County. Easements in excess of $5,000 for the Gillette Madison Pipeline Project are being considered individually by the Council on the Consent Agenda. Easements less than $5,000 are considered by the Council on the Claims List. Staff recommends approval of this permanent water line, buffer area, temporary staging area and temporary construction easement payment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| Payment for this easement is eligible for reimbursement from the Wyoming Water Development Commission through our 67% grant and 33% loan we have with them for the Gillette Madison Pipeline Project.
