Council Consideration for the Approval of the County Final Plat for the Resubdivision of Lots 2 and 3, Concho Valley Estates, to be Known as Lots 2A and 3A, Concho Valley Estates, Subject to all Planning Requirements. |
BACKGROUND: |
The property owner is proposing a County Final Plat to carry out a lot line adjustment with two existing lots.
The 7.96 acre property, south of West 4-J Road along Grandview Drive, has a zoning designation of R-S, Suburban Residential. An existing home straddles the current property line. The property is within one mile of the existing City limits which triggers a Joint City/County subdivision review process.
The landowner plans to utilize People’s Improvement & Service District for water and individual septic systems for each of the proposed lots. People’s Improvement & Service District is to be a provider of the Regional Water System once the Regional Water Project is complete. |

I move for Approval of the Resubdivision of Lots 2 and 3, Concho Valley Estates, to be known as Lots 2A and 3A, Concho Valley Estates, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
