| BACKGROUND: |

The Coal Country Trash-a-Thon Day is an annual community clean up event whose purpose is to gather members of our community to donate a small amount of time, on one day, to make the roadways in Gillette litter free.

| SUGGESTED MOTION: |

Now, therefore, I, Louise Carter-King, Mayor of Gillette, proclaim Saturday, May 9, 2015, as Coal Country Trash-a-Thon Day in the City of Gillette.
