Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Tenth Hole Estates Phase 2 Subdivision, Installed by DRM, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Gillette Land Development III. |
BACKGROUND: |
This project installed subdivision improvements for the 16 lot Tenth Hole Estates, Phase 2 project located south of the Gillette Golf Club and north of Sinclair Street. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System 523 LF of 8" PVC Water Main and Appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System 621 LF of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main and Appurtenances
Storm Drainage 51 LF of 18" RCP Storm Drain 193 LF of 24" RCP Storm Drain 26 LF of 30" RCP Storm Drain 300 LF of 36" RCP Storm Drain 1077 LF of 4" HDPE Sump Drains
Streets 2388 SY of Asphaltic Concrete Street 1228 LF 30" Curb and Gutter
The Certificate of Compliance, Warranty Statement, and map of the improvements are attached for reference.
