| A Public Hearing to Receive Input on the Sale of Used Property to Campbell County Health. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| An agreement has been reached between the Police Department and the Hospital for the sale of a 2004 Chevrolet Impala (white with ½ cage) to Campbell County Health, Campbell County, Wyoming "as is" without warranties, including fitness for purpose, for $10. The pending sale was advertised in a Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Sale of Used Property to Campbell County Health, Campbell County Wyoming, a copy of which is attached. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| When the hearing is over, the Mayor can ask for a motion to approve the Resolution to approve the sale. |
