| BACKGROUND: |
| A Resolution has been prepared to approve the sale of a 2004 Chevrolet Impala (white with ½ cage) to Campbell County Health, Campbell County, Wyoming "as is" without warranties, including fitness for purpose for $10. The Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Sale of Used Property to Campbell County Health, Campbell County Wyoming, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, was published according to law in the Gillette News Record, three times, on May 12, 2015; May 19, 2015; and May 26, 2015. |
