| BACKGROUND: |
| A Notice has been published to set
a hearing for public comments, which is a condition for the submittal of a Community
Enhancement Grant Application to the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan
Program for the Downtown Public Facilities Enhancement Project. The Notice was
published in the Gillette News Record on April 24, 2015. A copy of the Notice
is attached. |

| At the conclusion of the hearing, a motion should be made to approve the Resolution to submit the grant application. |
