| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project consisted of replacement of floor drains within 4 buildings (Screening Unit Bldg., Grit Unit Bldg., De-watering Unit Bldg., and Anaerobic Digester Unit Bldg.) at the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). These floor drains were not functioning per their intended use due to corrosion issues of the drain piping under the concrete floor slabs.

There were three (3) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $23,167.83, from the original contract amount of $410,535.00.
