The City of Gillette currently has an Agreement to purchase 3 Megawatts of hydropower from Western Area Power Administration through September 30, 2024. This Agreement would go into effect October 1, 2024 and run through September 30, 2054.

| I Move for the Approval of an Agreement to Allow for the Purchase of 3 Megawatts of Hydropower with Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2054 and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Agreement on Behalf of the City of Gillette. |
