Council Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat for ANB Subdivision, a Resubdivision of the North 140' of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 8, Bivens Addition, and the Vacated Portion of Granger Avenue adjacent to the North 140' of Lot 1, to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant requests approval of a resubdivision of a portion of two platted lots and an adjacent vacated portion of a right-of-way along South Douglas Highway. The existing bank building on the site is planned to be demolished to make way for a new bank building. As a part of this process this replat will adjust the lot lines and include the vacated right-of-way to create a lot for the new bank building and a lot that is intended to remain vacant for now.

The new lots are Lot 1A, which is .56 acres, and Lot 2A, which is .23 acres. The lots will have access form Seventh Street and the alley to the south. All public utilities are available to the site.
