The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for Gillette Tech Center Phase III. The plat is the resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 5, Gillette Tech Center Phase I, and Tract D, Gillette Tech Center Phase II. The plat is for ownership purposes only.

The plat consists of a total of 4 Tracts. Tract A is 11.46 acres, Tract B is 1.00 acres, Tract C is 2.70 acres, and Tract D is 1.67 acres. A Development Plan has been submitted for the site that shows the Gillette College Education and Activities Center and parking on Tract A. The Gillette College Master Plan provides for future student housing on Tract B, student housing and parking on Tract C, and parking on Tract D.

There are easements for access, utilities, and drainage that are being vacated, created, and retained in order to facilitate the Development Plan. There will be various ownership of the Tracts that will occur after the subdivision and the configuration of the Tracts serves that purpose. There will be a cross parking agreement on all the lots and the overall site will serve as the Gillette College Campus facility.

I move for Approval of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat for Gillette Tech Center Phase III, a Resubdivision of Lot 3, Block 5, Gillette Tech Center Phase I, and Tract D, Gillette Tech Center, Phase II, to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
