| A Public Hearing, Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 15-1-112 (b) (i) (B), to Discuss the Conveyance of the Site of the Education and Activities Center for the Gillette College, to Campbell County, Wyoming. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| A Notice of Land Conveyance has been published to set a public hearing to consider the transfer of a newly created 11.46 acre lot to Campbell County for the site of the Education and Activities Center building for the Gillette College. The Notice was published May 29, 2015, June 5, 2015 and June 12, 2015. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Mayor can ask for a Motion to Approve the Resolution to Authorize the Conveyance of an 11.46 Acre Tract of Land, the Site of the Education and Activities Center for the Gillette College, to Campbell County, Wyoming. |
