| Council Consideration of Amendment No. 4 for the Project Agreement for the Gillette Madison Pipeline Joint Bonding Project to Extend the Project Completion Date to July 1, 2016 with the State of Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The attached Amendment is necessary for the State of Wyoming Water Development Commission to continue to encumber the grant funding associated with the Gillette Madison Pipeline (Rehabilitation) Joint Bonding Project for another year to allow us enough time to complete the project.
Staff recommends approval of this Amendment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The proposed action does not affect the project budget. The proposed action extends the time frame by an additional year in which we can use the WWDC grant funds.
