The Campbell County Commission is requesting the City of Gillette to contribute the Water and Sewer Plant Investment Fees, Electrical Capital Contribution Fees, and Building Permit Fees, on their behalf, for the Gillette College Education and Activity Center Project. The breakdown of fees is as follows:

Water Plant Investment Fee (3" meter): $23,035.00
Sewer Plant Investment Fee (3" meter): $19,344.00
Electrical Capital Contribution Fee (1600A - 277/480 3P): $11,632.00
Building Permit Fees: $2,258.00

Total: $56,269.00

Projects eligible to request the City of Gillette to contribute fees on their behalf include:

1. Governmental Projects
2. Projects receiving federal, state, or local government direct funding or tax credits.
3. Projects by Non-profit organizations with 501(c)3 or 501(c) 4 status.
