Robert Welch is requesting a parade permit for July 25th beginning at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The parade will begin at the Cam-Plex and make a large loop in the direction indicated, returning back to the Cam-Plex. The initial route included traveling east on Boxelder Road from Hwy 59 and returning to the Cam-Plex; however, due to construction on Boxelder Road, a different route was suggested that would bypass the portion of Boxelder Road that is under construction.

Lt. Wasson contacted Mr. Welch, expressing safety concerns pertaining to Mr. Welch's desire to complete the parade as a group which could require stopping traffic at all intersections. Mr. Welch indicated that a group of individuals (Association Members) from Colorado would assist with traffic control blocking intersections and then catch up to the front of the procession after it passed. Chief Hloucal has reviewed the application with the revised parade route, along with Lt. Wasson's memo concerning the Association's group of individuals conducting traffic control at the intersections.
