| BACKGROUND: |

Mingles is requesting a catering permit for June 26th, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight for their 1st Summertime Bash. There will be outdoor music that will begin at 8:00 p.m. to midnight.
Stamps and wrist bands will be used to identify those who are 21 years of age and over. Security will be provided and cattle fencing will be used as a boundary for the sale, consumption and possession area.
