| BACKGROUND: |
|
The scope of this project covers the installation of the concrete foundations and transformer oil containment for the new Swanson Substation.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The bids were opened on June 9, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the office of the Purchasing Division, Central Warehouse, 800 N. Burma Avenue, Gillette, Wyoming. There were four (4) bids submitted:

The Engineer's estimate for this portion of the project was $70,000.00. After completion of the project, the paid invoices will then be submitted to the Wyoming Business Council for repayment for the Southern Industrial Annexation. |
