| Council Consideration of a Request from Good Times Liquor & Lounge, LLC, to Relocate Their Dispensing Room and Change the Dispensing Room Description from a 50' X 70' Room in the Middle of the Building to a 4,155 Square Foot Room on the East Side of the Building. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Good Times Liquor & Lounge is requesting to relocate their dispensing room. They are in the process of expanding the liquor store and the expansion will include the current location of the dispensing room. The new dispensing room, if approved, will move to the east side of the old dispensing room location, into Unit A-2 (pictured in the diagram). This request needs the approval of City Council to be in compliance with W.S. 12-5-201.
