| Council Consideration of a Revised Resolution Authorizing Submission of an Application to the Wyoming Business Council Under the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program for an Enhancement Grant on Behalf of the Governing Body for the City of Gillette for a Grant Amount not to Exceed $500,000.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Council approved this grant authorization at the May 5 Council meeting. The Wyoming Business Council, however have changed their form for this sort of authorization resolution and so the attached Resolution was drafted to conform to their new standard. There are no changes to the project or the request. We have submitted a copy in advance and have been advised that this form is compliant with their requirements. They did not require that the City readvertise or hold an additional hearing. |

| I move for the Approval of a revised Resolution Authorizing Submission of an Application to the Wyoming Business Council Under the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program for an Enhancement Grant on Behalf of the Governing Body for the City of Gillette for a Grant Amount not to Exceed $500,000. |
