| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2016 One-Ton Crew Cab Pickup to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $33,472.86. |
| BACKGROUND: |

This 2016 One-Ton Crew Cab Pickup will be used to replace the Fire Department's Unit 405, a staff vehicle, which is up for replacement due to high mileage. Unit 405 will be sold at auction. A bid tabulation is attached.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The approved budget amount to replace Unit 405 was $48,000. The remaining funds of $14,527.14 will be used to outfit the truck with lights, fire department signage, safety equipment, etc.
