| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2016 Ford F-550 Super Duty Extended Cab Pickup to Greiner Motor Company of Casper, Wyoming, in the Amount of $46,168.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

This 2016 Ford F-550 Super Duty Extended Cab Pickup will replace Unit 116 that is assigned to the Electrical Services Division. Unit 116 has 118,000 miles and over 10,000 engine hours. Its replacement was approved in budget and CIP. The Electrical Services Division will retain Unit 116 as a tier two vehicle. A bid tabulation is attached.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount to replace Unit 116 is $59,000. The remaining funds of $12,832 will be used to offset the expense of an aerial bucket device, which was an approved upgrade to this unit.
