| Council Consideration of the Sale of a Parcel of Land, with a Value Less than $500.00, to Will Zilka for $300.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is an action to approve the sale of a small lot along Beaver to Will Zilka for $300. The lot has been appraised at less than $500 and so does not require the publication of a notice and receipt of sealed bids. At the August 19, 2014 Council meeting the Final Plat of Tract G1-G4 and Tract F1-F7 , Resubdivision of Tact G and F, Sage Valley Estates Phase VI was approved. This subdivision divided two tracts of land, that had been deeded to the City for drainage and open space, into small lots to be conveyed to adjoining lot owners. A copy of the plat, the novus cover sheet for the resubidvision resolution and the location map are attached for reference. |
