| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Support a Wyoming Business Council Grant Application by the Energy Capital Economic Development to Purchase the Intertec Building and Land on Sinclair Drive. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Energy Capital Economic Development wishes to submit a Wyoming Business Council (WBC) Business Ready Community Grant (BRC) program grant application to purchase Overland Investment at 345 Sinclair Street in Campbell County, Wyoming. The 3.152 acre property is contiguous to the City of Gillette, and is covered by a recorded annexation agreement to receive City utility services. It was the site of CBM Associates. The Grant will be sponsored by Campbell County and will be in the amount of a maximum of $1,500,000. The local match is $250,000. |
