| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2016 Six-Wheel Regenerative Air Street Sweeper to Titan Machinery of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $204,047.82. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This new Street Sweeper will replace Unit 9 assigned to the Streets Division. The purchase of a replacement unit was originally approved in the FY14 budget, and the funds have been rolled over twice. The bid of Titan Machinery is the highest; however, they are the most responsible bidder. The other bidders failed to meet or address the specifications. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

The budget for this unit is $230,000. The actual cost of $204,047.82 is $25,952.18 under budget.
