| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New Full-Size 4-Door Ford Police Interceptor to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $24,783.10. |
| BACKGROUND: |

The purchase of this new Interceptor was approved in the budget and will replace the Police Department's PD27. Thunder Basin Ford provided the low bid. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The budget for this unit is $40,000. The actual cost of $24,783.10 is $15,216.90 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicle with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc.
