| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Two (2) New 2016 Diesel-Powered Tandem Axle Cab & Chassis Trucks to Jack's Truck & Equipment, Inc., of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $220,384.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

The purchase of these two vehicles was approved in the budget. They will replace Unit 31 and Unit 99 assigned to the Streets division. Jack's Truck & Equipment, Inc. was the only bidder. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The budget for these units is $331,000. The actual cost of $220,384 is $110,616 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to purchase dump bodies, snow plows, sanders and other equipment to help with snow removal.

I move for approval to award the bid for Two New 2016 Diesel-Powered Tandem Axle Cab & Chassis Trucks to Jack's Truck & Equipment, Inc. of Gillette, Wyoming, in the amount of $220,384.
