| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the 2015 Water Main Replacement Project with Kadrmas, Lee, & Jackson, Inc., in the Amount of $184,538.50 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This contract will consist of design and bidding services to complete the 2015 Water Main Replacement Project. The areas that have been identified and prioritized for this water main replacements are as follows:
1. Main in Rose Creek Drive from Foxhills Avenue to Rodeo Street.
2. Main in Cabin Drive from Harder Avenue to Rose Creek Drive.
3. Main in Cabin Court.
4. Main in Morningside Drive from Circle Drive to Prairieview Drive.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The cost for this Design and Bidding Professional Service Contract is $184,538.50, which is 7.1% of the estimated construction cost of $2,595,360.00 for the 2015 Water Main Replacement Project. The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund Account #201-10-05-419-70-47410 which has $3,000,000.00 budgeted for this project.
